By accessing or using Catch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Catch is a mobile application designed for couples to connect, share prompts, and create a shared space together. These Terms govern your use of the App and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Catch.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Catch. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We recommend that each user maintains only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in account suspension or termination.

Catch allows couples to link their accounts to create a shared space. To pair accounts:
If one partner deletes their account, the pairing will be automatically removed, and the remaining partner's account will continue to function as an individual account. The shared space and shared content will no longer be accessible.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Catch, including photos, videos, prompts, and other materials ("Your Content").
By uploading content to Catch, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the App's services.
You can delete Your Content at any time by requesting deletion through the App or by contacting us. When you delete content, it will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Shared Content: Content shared in a couple's shared space is accessible to both partners. When you share content with your partner, both partners can view and access that content as long as the pairing remains active.
Your data is stored securely, and only you (and your paired partner, if applicable) can access your own data and couple data. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use Catch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Catch is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. If we introduce paid features, we will notify users in advance and provide clear information about pricing and payment terms.
Any future payments will be processed through the App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms and conditions will apply to such transactions.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. When you delete your account:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that we deem harmful to the App or other users. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods.
The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Catch and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or defects. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with or without notice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catch, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Catch regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
