Our Commitment to Child Safety

At Catch, we are dedicated to providing a safe environment for all our users. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This document outlines our standards and policies to protect minors and prevent the use of our platform for harmful purposes.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

We strictly prohibit the following:

  • Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Attempting to contact or groom minors for sexual purposes.
  • Sharing or soliciting sexually explicit material involving minors.
  • Any behavior that poses a risk to the safety and well-being of children.

Reporting Mechanism

We encourage all users to report any suspicious activity or content that violates our child safety standards. If you encounter any content or behavior that concerns you, please report it immediately:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" feature available on user profiles and shared content.
  • Email Reporting: Contact our safety team at catchcoupleapp@gmail.com with details of the concern.

We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where necessary.

Response and Enforcement

When we receive a report related to child safety:

  • We immediately investigate the reported account and content.
  • We remove any content found to be in violation of our policies.
  • We permanently ban users who engage in CSAE or other severe violations.
  • In compliance with legal requirements, we report CSAE content and activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant law enforcement agencies.
